- Time.
- Nurses speaking up.
A lot of people complaining they can't hear the nurse calling names.
Maybe have a name board that displays the name and make a sound to get peoples attention.

Seen quite promptly, nursing care very good. Waiting to be transferred to Queens - waiting time is ridiculous nearly 4 hours and still waiting!
